- Differential Piece Wage System (വ്യത്യസ്ത പീസ് വേതന സമ്പ്രദായം): Higher wage for efficient workers, lower for inefficient – കാര്യക്ഷമരായ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് ഉയർന്ന വേതനം, കാര്യക്ഷമമല്ലാത്തവർക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞ വേതനം.

- Subordination of Individual Interest (വ്യക്തിതാൽപ്പര്യത്തിന് മേലെ സംഘടനാ താൽപ്പര്യം): Organization interest over personal interest – സംഘടനാ താൽപ്പര്യത്തിന് മുൻഗണന.
- Remuneration (പ്രതിഫലം): Fair pay to employees and organization – ജീവനക്കാർക്കും സംഘടനയ്ക്കും ന്യായമായ പ്രതിഫലം.
- Centralization (കേന്ദ്രീകരണം): Concentration of authority – അധികാരത്തിന്റെ കേന്ദ്രീകരണം.
- Scalar Chain (ശ്രേണി ശൃംഖല): Chain of superiors from top to bottom – മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് താഴേക്കുള്ള മേലുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ ശൃംഖല.
- Order (ക്രമം): "A place for everything and everything in its place" – എല്ലാത്തിനും ഒരു സ്ഥാനം, എല്ലാം അതിന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്ത്.
- Equity (സമത്വം): Kindness and justice in treatment – ദയയും നീതിയും ഒത്തുചേർന്ന പെരുമാറ്റം.
