The commission report says that much consideration is given for teachers. But we would like to bring to your kind notice that consideration is not at all given to teachers of Higher Secondary Schools. Previously, Higher Secondary was part of Colleges as Pre Degree Course. Since the students of the age group 16 to 18 need more care Pre Degree was delimited and the course was brought to school level. The Honourable Government had made Special Rules for implementing the Higher Secondary Course at School Level as a separate wing.
