 യൂണിഫോമിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ സ്‌കൂള്‍ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ആശ്വാസമായി സംസ്ഥാന ബാലാവകാശ സംരക്ഷണ കമ്മീഷന്റെ ഇടപെടല്‍. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ പൊതുവിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലും വരുന്ന അധ്യയന വര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ ഒരു സ്‌കൂളില്‍ ഒരു യൂണിഫോം എന്ന തത്ത്വം നടപ്പാക്കണമെന്ന് കമ്മീഷന്‍ ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. തൃശ്ശൂര്‍ സ്വദേശി ജിജു ആന്റോ താഞ്ചന്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജി പരിഗണിച്ച കമ്മീഷന്‍ അംഗം എന്‍. ബാബുവിന്റേതാണ് ഉത്തരവ്. ഒരു സ്‌കൂളില്‍ ഒരു യൂണിഫോം എന്ന രീതി കൊണ്ടുവരാന്‍ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ഇടപെടണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാണ് ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയത്. ചില സ്‌കൂളുകളില്‍ ഓരോ ദിവസവും ഓരോ യൂണിഫോം എന്ന രീതിയുണ്ടെന്നും അതത് ദിവസത്തെ യൂണിഫോം ധരിക്കാത്ത, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ മാറി ധരിച്ചുവരുന്ന കുട്ടികളെ പുറത്തുനിര്‍ത്തുന്ന പ്രവണതയുണ്ടെന്നും ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഓരോ ദിവസവും ഓരോ യൂണിഫോം ധരിക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്നത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസച്ചെലവ് കൂടാന്‍ കാരണമാകുന്നുണ്ട്. ഹര്‍ജി പരിഗണിച്ച കമ്മീഷന്‍ പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡയറക്ടറില്‍നിന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് തേടി. വിവിധ പരിതസ്ഥിതികളില്‍നിന്ന് വരുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ഉടയാടകളുടെ വ്യത്യസ്തത കാരണം വിഷമം ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കാനാണ് യൂണിഫോം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയതെന്ന് ഡയറക്ടര...

തെങ്ങ്, വാഴ, പച്ചക്കറി, കുരുമുളക്, ജാതി, പുഷ്പകൃഷി എന്നിവയ്ക്കുള്ള രോഗകീടാക്രമണം നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നതിനായി ജൈവകീടനാശിനികള്‍ പാവറട്ടി കൃഷിഭവനില്‍ അമ്പത് ശതമാനം സബ്‌സിഡി നിരക്കില്‍ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ആവശ്യക്കാര്‍ ഈ മാസം 10 നുള്ളില്‍ കൈപ്പറ്റണം.
